Help in changing pick-ups on MIJ Westminster Bass

I have a vintage Westminster Bass (MIJ) and the pick-ups are
acting pretty bad.
I want to replace it but I can't find a perfect size to replace it.
the pick-ups measure 7/8 in by 2 3/4 in. Can anyone please
recommend a brand that can fit?
