I am looking to make a change with my bass gear. I currently have a Hartke LH500, (which I really like) hooked up to a GK mbx410. I also have a GK Mb210 but I use it for electronic drums, I did not really care for it with my basses.

The 4x10 takes up too much space and weighs about 100lbs. I am considering a few different options. Please share your experience\opinion\suggestions about my options. $200-$400 is my target.

Trying to get the most bang for my buck, I don't currently gig, but have a few buddies over to jam. I used to gig frequently and would like to gig again sometime.

The rumbles are nice and light, but they seem a bit scooped and I don't think they have a tweeter.

Does anyone have any feedback on a BFM simplex 12 build or the Hartke HD112 cab? I think I want to keep the LH500 head.
