Contact Zon (call if you can) he will take care of you. I can't tell if that crack is simply a finish crack or if the damage is deeper. I don't think anyone can help you without better photos.

Did you drop it on the headstock?

I need a better picture, but it looks to just be a finish crack that goes all the way through the (thick) finish, caused by the chunk you took out of the corner. Did you drop it?

It's very unlikely that it's a crack through the CF, but depending on how hit it was hit it's POSSIBLE, but very unlikely. It's hard to tell from the pictures, though.

I used to have a Sonus 5/1 that I loaned to a friend for a few years; when I got it back from him last year there was a "crack" similar to yours on the neck, it was just a long, deep gouge he put in it. I sent the bass to ZON and Joe refinished the neck in his very nice matte finish, and it felt much nicer than the old glossy finish it used to have. You could probably just send the neck to ZON.

When contacting them, call them first to let them know whats up then send them the pictures. It'll probably work better.
