I have no idea where I got them.
One bass pickup, says neck which looks like neck pickup, and One Preamp-Like thing Preamp plastic box says "FERRERO" on side.

the pickup looks kinda duncan-y. (it's obviously a double coil of some sort, either stacked or split-coil.)

Oh....anyway I found preamp seems to be Old version of Aguilar OBP-1.

Aguilar was epoxy potting their preamps in Tic Tac boxes?

I thought it's a DIY preamp.

Finally I got an email from Aguilar and Seymour Duncan.
It's Aguilar OBP-1 right.
And Mr. Duncan says

That is a linear 4 string Jazz bass pickup made in the custom shop.
