Help wanted identifying "StudioOne" bass

Hi, we just found an old bass guitar in a long-abandoned storage unit, and the only identifying information I can find on it is the "StudioOne" label (it doesn't help that any searches gets really polluted by a software of the same name). However, I can't find any info on that any such brand has existed. So, I was wondering if anyone here might have any further information about it?

Cheap tuners and neck wood say late 60s - early seventies Japanese. Probably an importer badge. To me the more likely close to unique aspects are the rounded off pickups and the two-saddle bridge. I would look for kin that have those.

Thank you for your pointers! I've got close to zero bass experience but found it very intriguing nonetheless :)
