Help with Choosing J Pickups

Hey guys,

I'm new here, so Hi all!

I'm trying to choose the best pickups to install in my Squier Affinity Jazz bass.

I've been told EMG JHZ's, but I wanted to get all your opinions on this.

welcome to the forums, just so you know there is a very extensive J pickup guide that is found at the top of the pickup forum, also you need to be more specific with what kind of tone you're going for, hehe.

Yeah, I have to pay attention as to where I'm posting my questions. I'll get the hang of it...eventually, haha!

Before I head over to that thread, I play everything from Rock to Metal and, recently, I've been getting into Jaco Pastorius and just Jazz in general.
