ive been playing for quite some time but am new to this forum anyways one of my bands have the need for some intro synth and some other odds sounds ....so really its not a constant need for odd sounds and synth anyways so i purchased a used midi bass setup bass and midi converter ok so here is the question ..i cant seem to get it to output live can someone help me out with a set up that would work live....thanks in advance ...

help with midi please

OK you will need to be more specific to get help. What brand and model unit did you buy? Did you install the pickup? Does it create sounds or is it just a midi converter?

my bad your right its a lightwave bass with a custom installed midi and a yamaha g50....my amp is an ampeg svt 4 with a 4 12 studio cab.. nothing else other than a korg in rack tuner..
