Help with returns to Thomann/Harley Benton

TB! I recently ordered a couple of guitars from Thomann and have decided to send them back. Unfortunately, I am a senile old man and am feeling overwhelmed by the customs and international shipping process and cost. so I am reaching out in hope that someone can help me.
I would particular appreciate any of the Sacramento area folks, since I know the customs thing can be a particular pain.

You might want to take them to a UPS Store or FedEx Office and let them do all the packing and paperwork. It'll be costly but all shipping and customs liability will be on them, not you. Take photos at a few stages of the packing process if you can.

That was my first idea @OldDog52 but the $850 shipping cost they quoted me (I paid $350 for the guitars) killed that urge.
