My Acoustic B200 base amp starts to click when I try to play at a higher volume but it also clicks with the smallest gain adjusted. Not even half of the way up on the gain knob and frequency knob and it starts to do this weird click sound were the audio also cuts in and out. If I can get any answers to help fix it that would be awesome!!!

The knob positions do not give you an indication of how much headroom the amp has. It sounds like you may be pushing the amp so hard that it is going into protection mode.
If the amp has started cutting out at a lower volume level, it may have some internal damage must be repaired by a technician.
