Double Bass Hertl Concerto

Does anyone know if this piece is still being published and where to find it? I can't find it anywhere... May be called simply "Concert."

I saw this the other day, and I got confused because it says "vocal/piano score." I guess the only thing to do is contact Schott.

The person I contacted to find the concerto sent me there, so I assumed it was safe to purchase.

I tried that site, and things got really complicated.

I ordered what I think is the Hertl Concerto from accolade.de. When it comes in, I'll see if it's the right piece.
