Hi! Just wanted to chime in and say that I registered on TB today to join the ranks of the low ones! I am primarily a guitar player who just recently bought a 5 stringer (just a overseas Squire by Fender jobbie, but must say that I really dig it!) that I had been eyeing up in a local music store for about a year now. I hope to pick your collective brains about the art of bass, as I do love strings all around. My backround is mostly Jazz, Blues, and Rock, though I've studied Classical as well. I already found a transcription of "Morph the Cat" here, which made me think "man, I gotta join this forum!
