I've been lurking on this site for a while, but this has been a great place to read about opinions regarding my favourite instrument.

I used to play in a band but took a substantial break during university, so I've been getting back into it. First step is getting my chops back, then hopefully I can start jamming again.

Looking forward to being part of this community! The discussions here are some of the best on music-internet.

Thanks! I bought it back when I was playing funk/rock. Now I'm having fun coaxing some different tones out of it.

I know I can be kicked out of TB for this; I don't get my jollies looking at pictures of all the bass. Now hearing what everyone is doing - that I do find interesting.
