Hi , my name is Derek and Ive recently rejoined Talkbass . I joined back in 2011 but not long after I stopped playing bass all together . About January this year I started to get the itch again and I now own four basses and three amps ! I joined a band back in March and they took a real gamble on me as Im really just a novice . So far Ive been able to pick up and learn fairly quickly and Im loving playing with them , I also play acoustic guitar in a duo , but its the bass thats got me hooked . Thanks for reading .
