That said:
You saw that on eBay?
The BB 3000A is the preamp.
The pickup itself is the B3150 model.
It's not bad, but not very good either.
The Fender Rumble 100 is a bass guitar combo?
15 inches speakers are not much recommended with upright bass. You'll get better results with 12", and even 10".
Some guys here even play on top quality 8" !
A 15" will probably sound quite muddy and boomy.

Hi, although this is an old post, i was planning on using a barcus-berry b3150 on a fender rumble 100. is it possible to get feedback? why would a 15 inch turnout to be boomy?
It's not really the size, but the voicing. Some cabs/combos loaded with a 15" could work just fine, but the Fenders are voiced to suite electric bass. IME, that makes a double bass sounding artificial, electric and boomy (as the amps tend to emphasize lows and cut mids).
Having an amp that you can get a flat response out of is really helpful, even if you don't end up EQing flat.
If that is the amp you're working with and don't want to try something else, I'd suggest looking at a Fishman Full Circle pickup. They seem to do well with electric bass rigs, and can stand up to a relatively good amount of gain before feedback.
