Hello everyone, I am 25 years old and I have been playing the bass since the summer of 2010. How I wish I had started earlier! Throughout my teenage years, I had this weird thought that I would never be able to play the guitar -the strings seemed so confusing- so I never bothered to try the bass. I played drums, piano and flute for short periods of time but none of them made me happy. One day, a friend insisted that I should try the bass guitar and I fell in love 
A month ago, I got in a band for the first time in my life. I have been working very hard since then. Nowadays, I wish to expand my knowledge about strings and hardware. But I guess I won't make much progress on that matter until I graduate in June and become an unemployed free bird
