Hi everyone, thanks for having me 
Started playing in '08 and have answered many of my bass related questions from this forum via Google.
Played in church every weekend and jazz ensemble through my senior school years. Then with a few local Brisbane (Aus) bands in the early years of university.
Took a long hiatus after my last band fell through. Went through three drummers before throwing in the towel.
Now I'm back in it - deep. Have even rented a double bass for the first time and am having a blast with that. I imagine I'll run into plenty of new issues here, so this is probably the best place to figure it all out.
Current basses right now are an Ibanez BTB675 5 string I've had since 2010 and a American Pro II Jazz that is a recent indulgence. Playing through an Aguilar Tonehammer 500 and an Ampeg 4x10, looking to switch the cab out.
