I was just surfin around lookin at bass gear and ended up on this site. I am an over 40 not yet grown up still rockin bass player. I have a steady gig at church playing modern praise and worship and am currently playing Christian Rock with the Stuart Smith Band. I just bought a new Tobias Killer B 4 string and love it. I had to sell my Ibanez SR 1300 & Tobias Growler, but it was worth it. At church I play through a Peavey Firebass 700 w/4x12 cab. I love the deep sound I get through the 12s. For gigs I use an Ashdown Electric Blue 180 which gives my sound more edge. I have been playing around with an ebow I just bought. You can make some awesome sounds with it.
