Hi!

Just wanted to introduce myself, as I'm a new member here.

Name: Joel
Location: Honolulu

My bass for about 12 years now:

Kramer DMZ-6000B Serial # A1679 circa 1980 I think.

I bought it from a friend for a steal of a price - $250 which included a Peavey TNT 100, the original guitar case with a catalog inside, cables and other goodies. He needed to lighten his load of axes and I was the lucky recipient of his beneficence :)

Having no real experience with guitars, I really have only goofed off without ever being serious about it. I learned to sketch out Money, Bottom, Sunshine of Your Love etc, as well as made up some stuff I thought sounded pretty cool, but I want to do more.

This is most definitely the best bass forum I found, and I look forward to reading tons and maybe posting here and there where I may have some useful input.

Aloha from Honolulu!
