Just finished puting some more work into my bass. Finished the stain and striped the Ibenez Logo off the neck.

This is my nephew.
He clearly has gotten the fever.
Good job, glad you took off the Ibby logo.
@Son of Wobble give him a proper welcome as only you could give.
He'll be getting at least 1 of the thousands of cabinets taking up space in my garage too. He's young and can heft em, unlike my old #@$.
Cool a hijacking!Greetings, BurnOut! I was thinking of you on the 4th, wondered if you were gigging, and if the working world had taken you from us forever.
As for @gman5552, welcome! Any nephew of BurnOut is a nephew of mine! Cool mods on your axe, keep the pix and post coming!![]()

Actually my 4th of July gig is tomorrow because of the stupid Wednesday edition of the 4th this year.
Big festival gig the 22nd, we have the primetime Sly and the Family Stone Saturday night position. We were invited back this year after our 1st appearance last year. The guy putting on the event is my work boss now. I asked him about his company and ended up working there.
I'm still here, mostly lurking in off topic.
Peace N Chicken Grease
Singing more than ever, I laid down a gauntlet to learn new songs. One of the first was Free-It's Alright Now, they didn't think anyone could sing it. All were standing open mouthed when I stepped up and did it.Great about the gig, hope you'll get some digital documentation. Still singing ?
Pretty.
Looks like the pickups need to be moved up some. They should be aligned more like this

Greetings, friend Wobble -- speaking of not seeing folks around, I feel you've been out too. Or am I still blinded by that lovely Kardashian beaut you've been toting around?Great about the gig, hope you'll get some digital documentation. Still singing ?
Hey, that's some fine work. I picked up some free wood stain and nitro at work that you're inspiring me to use on my junk bass. Neat.Just finished puting some more work into my bass. Finished the stain and striped the Ibenez Logo off the neck.View attachment 3071793
