    will it work with a fender jazz bass??

    depends what you mean by work with. itll absolutely work from a spacing perspective but youll probably have to drill new mounting holes. fwiw, i replaced this bridge with a hipshot a and even though theyre both hipshots, they have different hole mounting patterns so i had to drill new holes in my bass.

    is the string spacing adjustable? And how much is it adjustable?

    Not on the "B" style, it has traditional saddles.
