Hipshot Replacement for Ricks Pt.2

So i just got mine, but you CAN NOT Rosnin solider the ground cable to these bridges i've discovered. You could use Silver Rosnin but i'm not spending 6$ for a one time use thing..

Now i was gonna tape it but... a co-worker came up with a good plan.

We took a.. well i forgot what its called but it looks like this =O and put a spring on one of the screws. Put them together and tah-da a ground wire with no mess.

Update: And they come pre-intonationed-- yay! pics.

So i tightened the strings up and it kinda has that tail lift still, but not as bad. i think i just need to tighten the screws


Also, when i play by the bridge on the D string, the saddle actually moves when i hit the string... hmm.. so how do you adjust the string spacing on these?
