Hipshot ??

Hi all,
U.K. player here, looking for some guidance. I ordered an item from Hipshot N.Y. via their website (as I have a few times previously). The item arrived last week but was not what I ordered. I have contacted Hipshot via email, Messenger, website contact form, and by phone (I was on hold so long… I was then diverted to leave a message, which I did) To date I’ve had no response at all via any method. Is anyone aware of any problem at Hipshot? Short of getting on a plane & turning up in person, I don’t really know what to do. I’m a couple of hundred dollars light, with an item I can’t use & I can’t get any response from Hipshot! If anyone has any suggestions I’d be grateful. Cheers, Grahame.

Nothing to add except you probably caught them during their July 4th summer vacation. Expect a response this week, I would guess.

Update…. finally got through on the phone… spoke to a very helpful gent @ Hipshot (Oscar) who was most apologetic for the error & is shipping out the correct item. (Seems the item I received is one digit different on their product coding! )
