Hoodies: Pullover or Zip Up?

They might be able to fit under that description, but I think jacket is a more encompassing term.

I'm looking to get my first Carhartt hoodie, they make both zip up and pullover hoodies.

I don't like hoodies. I wear half-zips. Never liked having that bunch of fabric behind my head...and I never wear the hood.
