If you hover over a quick link ie: Members on the home page, It then pops up a sub-categories box. This then "Blocks" access the the link below it. In this example: New Posts.
You then have to click on a blank area of the page to get rid of the sub-categories box.
It would be so much better if the sub-categories box would disappear on its' own once you move your cursor out of the box.
Also, There should be about a 1/10 second delay before the sub-categories box even pops up.
