Go back to what you already know and have played before. Brush up on that for starters, it’s easier to do something you already know and enjoyed playing.

I’d pick some songs or a genre you’d like to learn for the fun of it. Rediscover the joy of playing & learning again. This is essential for maintaining long-term skills IME.

Get a lesson or two if you can. Face to face will hone in on what you need to do to improve.

Have your bass out on a stand where you can see it and pick it up daily. Remove barriers to playing.

New inspiration might help. A few suggestions:

Read books: The Music Lesson, Effortless Mastery, and/or Zen Guitar.

Learn new music: pick an artist you have never studied, grab their greatest hits record, and start charting out songs.

Give yourself a project, like transcribing a solo or learning a new technique.

When in doubt, find a teacher. Even if you can't do regular lessons you can book an in-person lesson with a teacher, or even Zoom someone like Anthony Wellington who has students all over the world. An hour with Ant will give you a year's worth of homework!

Do you believe it would be beneficial for me.to upload bass videos with cover songs to help my exposion anxiety because i am non in an advanced level?
Not really. Just record for yourself for now. It kinder on yourself to self-critique gradually, to measure your progress & see your own development. Kinda like doing several drafts first, you’ll get better over time.
when you’ve fully mastered a song then upload your best recording.

umm....yes all of the above and practice

Listen to a lot of music, and learn the stuff you like. Give yourself the goal of learning one song a week, and you'll get better as your repertoire expands. If you're listening to complex stuff, like Donna Lee or Bach Cello Suites, turn them into study pieces, and work through each one at a slow pace, over a month or two.
