How do you bend harmonics?

Is it a true harmonic or a pinch harmonic? Pinch harmonics are fretted, so no problem bending.

This was my first thought also: Are they actual harmonics, or are the false harmonics/pinch harmonics the OP's hearing on the recordings? Because a pinch harmonic you can just bend at the fret like a regular note.

Hit the note and then grab the headstock and pull it

Pressing the string above the nut bends the note upwards, pushing the headstock forward bends the note down.
