I recently joined a new classic rock cover band so I'm in th e process of learning their 80 or so songs on their setlist.
In addition to the time I spend actually practicing these songs in my home studio, I put all the songs in a folder on my music player and listen to them constantly whenever I have time. I have a 45 minute commute to and from work everyday so I play them on my car stereo with Bluetooth.
Hearing these songs over and over really does help immensely with memorization. Especislly if I sing along to them.
