How do you play most often...

when i practice i sit down on a piano stool or bar stool or armless chair.
when i play at church i stand up (it helps having a nice monterey strap... when i get a credit card, i will get a TB strap though
)

About 90% of the time sitting on my drum throne, a nice cushy leather SoundSeat (they make guitar thrones too Invalid Link Removed). Sometimes though I like to sit on the floor, usually with my back against the amp. I figured I'd stretch my legs and get a back massage at the same time. 
Probably standing 75% of the time.
Playing at church, standing 75% of the time.
Playing at a gig, standing 100% of the time.
Rehearsing with the band, standing 80% of the time.
Practicing at home, standing 50% of the time.

Yea he is. I put 90% for when I actually sit in a chair and it took me a while just to come up with that number

Using my numbers, if I tell you how many hours per month I gig, rehearse with the band, and play at church, can you determine how many hours I spend practicing on my own?

Very true!
Practicing electric, it's almost always sitting, because when I'm practicing electric (especially lately,) I'm working on solo stuff and time so I remove any and all physical distractions and comfort dectractors.
DB, I stand all the time. I sit when play *sometimes*, but that's just usually in class or during concert band and it's been a LONG night.
