How do you tune your ER bass?

Just wondering how many folks with extended-range basses don't use 4ths-between-every-string...

I have a 7 which I tune as per a 7 string guitar, so BEADGBE.

Thanks - I was trying my 6 as a guitar - not sure I prefer that, but definitely would do so if I could find an affordable 7!

Damnit. I'm late to the party with the whole half-step action. I was planning to be funny by saying I tune from E-to-A. Oh well.

Fourths here -I'm just a boring bass player with a few extra low and high notes tossed in.

i used to tune one of my 5ers CGCFC. but i dont know if that counts as "extended range"
