It's only less than three for me because I have two other forums I'm way too active on. One is a basketball and general discussion forum where I have an embarrassing amount of posts. That doesn't leave much time for other forums.
I always have a TalkBass tab open unless there's a catastrophic event. I check it every time I close another tab or the glorious red alert icon pops up.
Wouldn't ever want to miss a Mothman sighting or a flats versus rounds debate. If we ever figure out the best bass for metal I need to know immediately.

Since deleting FB and Twitter...more than I'd like to admit 
4 or more for me.. I don't spend a lot of time on here when I do check it, unless something really gets my interest. Usually I read a few posts, make my own, and go back to my day.
Most days it's, first time with my first coffee in the morning, (I'm on the other side and bottom half of the world to most of you, so that's when I catch up on most of the posts made during your day, my night.) then maybe a quick look at lunch time and a check in before bed.
The withdrawal was almost painful.
