How to get this bass tone?

Am unsure if this kind of tone has a name or something associated with it, but does anyone know how to achieve this tone? I have a Fender Rumble 40 bass amp and spent some time trying to get close to that sound but was unable to wrap my mind around how to actually do it. The amp has settings like gain, overdrive, buttons for bright, contour, and vintage, as well as 4 band EQ. I'd like to achieve this sound without a pedal if possible, but if it does require one, which effect am I looking for? Thanks in advance.

Also I have a Jackson JSQ3 bass if that changes anything.

To start with I hear reverb on the bass, along with everything else.

The first thing I hear are bright strings, brand new Rotosound stainless Swing Bass 66 would be a good start. Then EQ with a low cut (turn down the bass EQ on the amp or bass or both), so no vintage, and the bright switch. I hear a little overdrive, so some gain and overdrive. Not sure what bass you're using, but this sounds like single-coils to me. Try just the bridge pickup first, see how that sounds.

There's probably a chorus effect, that's what I'm hearing anyway, but basically it's mostly roundwound nickel plated strings played with a heavy pick. Typical 80s rock bass sound.

Sounds like a stingray or PJ, slight overdrive.
Try both pickups on, favoring the bridge pickup slightly in blend.
