Hey all,I am Jay,bringing you glad tidings from Ohio. Been playing bass since 90 after switching from guitar in 86. I been playing mostly metal in various genres and punk in various genres but for the last 5years or more,I've been attracted to playing outside my comfort zone. It has been quite a ride to say the least and has lead me to Tone Chasing,on a shoestring budget,and that lead me here. I'll probably ask alot of dumb questions so,umm,please dont kill me. I'm old. I'll die soon enough.

What's up dude. Not to intrude on someone else's intro but I'm new here as well. Just hittin up everyone and making myself friendly with all. Love this forum by the way. I've learned so much and gained a ton of insight from it over the last year or so. Kinda become a bit of a tone chaser from all the knowledge everyone has shared on it So I'm just eager to chat with people and discuss some bass.
