I just dropped the New Pickups John Suhr made for us and MAN, they sound Great. It had Ultra Jazz pickups in it before and everyone loved this bass, but now its so much thicker even with such a harder bark. I would have never thought it would get any better, but WOW. And with our New Benavente preamp...............

It will probably be in Washington, DC. I am going there over Thanksgiving. That is about as close as it will get while I am down in the US this time. I do have quite the desire to get to one of the TB get-togethers. I'll have to arrange something one of these times.
