I've heard those Squiers have to be tuned every week or two. They just can't seem to stay in tune.

hmmm i was quite tempted but like he says "its not in tune" thus its absolutly useless to me if only it was in tune i could find it so usefull in a band orientated enviroment
i'm gutted coz i need a new bass atm on account of my current one has also gone out of tune and i dont know how to fix it

how can someone be so dumb they cant tune a bass. find a song with an open e in it and use that... one comes to mind blink 182s dumpweed the first note is an open E. I have learned to tune a bass by ear I can get pretty close thanks to guitar centers basses always being out of tune..
