I have never seen a jazz bass bridge like this?

I got this bass today and I think its a fender body with a 2010 MIK squier neck on it. But I have never seen a bridge like this and I can't find one like it on the web.

Looks like the one that came on the early 90's Deluxes.

I had an 1983 precision elite, all the Elites used that bridge. Considered by many to be the finest bridge Fender ever produced.
Rare to see one with the fine tuners still intact

How would I use the fine tuners on this bridge?

You string under them and then unscrew them a little ... tune the Bass up and when you are just a hair out of tune tighten or loosen the fine tuner as needed to get back to pitch. I only used the fine tuners after my string were broken in, they are for very fine adjustment.....
