I need head

Im in the market for a head to take around to gig's that already have a cab in place.
My rig is this

70's Masada (knock off fender J) wit emg's
Marshall Gov'ner (distortion) ---> Dunlop Bass Crybaby ---> Akai Unibass ---> EHX Small Clone (chorus) ---> Boss BF-1 (flanger) ---> Boss DS-1 (distortion).

Basically i want something that will keep all my effects sounding as crisp as possible, light and around the $500 range if not cheaper
