I need Help. What is this bass Brand?

I need to find this bass, it was mine when I was young. Does anyone know what type of brand it is? I remember it was a short scale and it was red and had two white lines.

It appears to be a variant of an ultra-shortscale model made by Teisco in Japan, and sold in Europe under the name "Raver", at least.

The distinctive "D" logo is that of Duesenberg, but it looks like somebody just glued it onto a random bass. I'm not aware of a Duesenberg Flying V-type model.

It's a Duesenberg logo, but that's no Duesenberg.

If it's an "inexpensive" Flying V style bass, there are many, many no-name brands. It's probably a Dean, as they're the most common. Actual Gibson Flying V basses are (relatively) pricey.

I just wrote Duesenberg an email inquiring about this piece. Yes, Gibsons are expensive.
