I just purchased a GK 700rb-II and GK neo 410 setup, both used, and Im not sure if it's sounding the way it should. There is little to no sound coming from the horn in any mode, in bi-amp if I turn the woofer all the way down I can hear the tweeter but it's volume is low with rattles and hissing. Also the attenuation knob for the horn is missing off the back of the cab so I have no idea where it is set to. If someone could help me out that would be great.

I need help with my first GK setup

First is the cab's switch set to "Biamp" and are you using a the G-K 4 pole, 4 conductor speakon cable? If so the position of the L-Pad on the cab doesn't matter it is bypassed.
The amount of sound coming from the tweeter depends on strings and how you voice your bass, in most cases not as much comes from it as people first expect. Make sure the "Tweeter Hi-Cut" is not on.

Yes it is in Bi-amp and I am using a 4 pole speakon. Ok, I didn't really know how much to expect, I never realized how much low end my bass has until I plugged it into this setup.
Easiest way to know if the tweeter horn is good is to feed an MP3 into the amp's input (use the pad switch but turn it back off (out) afterwards) and listen to music through it.
