I need some suggestions/advice for types of strings.

Hello I'm in a band that plays in drop C and I've only been buying Ernie's ball power slinky strings they go from

75
90
110.
I've been buying these strings because they are the cheapest ones I can find but they do not last very long. I'm willing to buy more expensive strings but don't know what kind?

I forgot to add I'm still pretty new to bass so I don't know a whole lot but basic stuff.

For drop C, DR Drop tune sets are really good.

I also find that heavy gauge Rotosound Stainless Steel strings (RS66) give a good strong tension, as well as an awesome metal tone.

I live in Norway, and the cheapest and best strings for me to buy, is Hot Wire strings from Status. They are the best string brand I've come across

Sounds like you need to set up your bass to take a typical B string tuned a half step high rather than the 110 E string. That's what I'd do, anyway.

I would suggest you consider different gauges while you're at it; 130 85 65 45 or so . . . .
