I really didn't know... (pbass content from a jazzer at heart)

I was the same way a jazz lover and thought no way a P could cover the same ground musically as a J. One day it dawned on me i couldn't get allot of the classic tones from basslines i grew up with...why? They were done on a P bass normally with flats.

Even thou i had tried the P bass before i had a new understanding of the charm of them when strung with flats and played thru a decent amp. i found out what i truly had been missing. I own all P basses now.
