i've thought about a squier bronco in shell pink for a while.

i don't need another bass, i don't need another bronco, and i've never bought a bass for looks before. that being said, i've thought about a squier bronco in shell pink for a while. the last two times i headed to CME to order, they had run out.

yesterday i ran across a used one, but they wanted pretty much the new price plus $70 shipping, so i went to CME and saw more were due in later this month

i talked to a rep, who let me pre-order one. so later this month or maybe next month, i'll have a shell pink bronco that'll look like this. i don't need it - i actually have a bronco and a bunch of other basses. but i can't wait!

I recently got one of the Fender website exclusive purple Bronco basses. Mine was dead on right out of the box. No setup needed at all. Plays and sounds wonderful. My wife loves it because it is her favorite color. It sits in the living room right next to my recliner.

I love shell pink and maple. Such a classic combo. I may, or may not, but in fact do have a custom shop Dingwall in the build queue that's shell pink and maple, and even included shell pink as one of the colors on my business logo. Definitely one of my favorites.

i will be getting an overwound fralin pickup to replace the strat pickup at some point, however.
