i wanna make a bass

I just made made my first bass, a good place to get parts like necks and bodies is warmoth.com. There are a lot of guides on the internet to help with wiring.

Yes you could. They sell both finish and unfinished necks. Same with their bodies.
Depending on what kind of pickups you get, most manufacturers have wiring diagrams on their websites. It just sounds scarier than it really is once you start doing it. 
It's fun assembling your own bass, you can make it just the way you want it.

now i wanted to either make the rest of the body bubina or black korina or maybe a bit of both would those woods mixed sound alright?

Before we get into the sound of wood debate....
Pretty much any wood will sound alright. They vary, but assuming it meets the structural needs (doesn't dent or break when you breathe on it the wrong way, not too heavy to lift) it'll sound okay. Different people have different preferences, but there's about 6.02*10^23 threads already written about that, you can search for it if you're really that interested, but I'd recommend it, since there tends to be little agreement anyways, and it usually turns into a flame war.
That said, on your first bass I'd pick a relatively easy and cheap wood unless you're dead set on something specific. Swamp ash is light, relatively easy to work, and not too expensive. That's what I built my first bass from. <$100 for a full size blank. Wings should be cheaper.
The second one will be much cheaper. I'm doing it from scratch with a maple neck, and a cherry body.
I had some maple given to me for the neck, and I bought the wood for the body for $10. If I screw something up, I can chuck it and try again, no big loss.
thanks for the input i have a cnc machine that i can use, but i think id rather do it by hand and make it my own and i might take your word and buy some cheaper wood and make some body ideas but i was planning on buying some wood from exoticwooddotcom i think its called and reading other threads have helped me understand the parts and what needs to go into building a bass
Oh, cool. If you've got the tools, and are experienced at woodworking, do whatever.
I just thought you might be another one of those beginners who spends a couple hundred bucks on fancy exotic wood that ends up as scrap, because it's their first try, and to doesn't turn out.
If you do your research, and build carefully It'll be fine.
I wish I had a CNC machine. I don't even have a bandsaw.

If you use good electronics and assemble everything well, it will sound fine. Your primary concern at that point is the weight. How heavy do you want it to be?
it is a Carvin neck, I'm not ambitious enough to make one at this point. and about the weight i don't know normal weight of a bass not shooting for ibanez SR weight or anything like that probably just a normal 5 string weight. i was thinking of putting in some active Basslines in it or carvin ones, then if i really like those then ill keep them if i don't ill put some barts in there.
Yeah, if Carvin offered those in different scale lengths, or even just fretless, unmarked, and unradiused, so you could easily fret it to your choice of scale lengths, I'd likely have used them on both my first bass, and the second one I'm working on right now.
