Absolutely. The custom molded case is included as well as the Ibanez multi tool.

Sure thing. The magnetic pickup alone has a tone reminiscent of a precision bass, due more to placement than the nature of the pickup. The piezo tone is reminiscent of an amplified acoustic guitar, very bright and clear with huge dynamics. Blended together you can achieve a few different tones, ranging from dark and bassy to ridiculously bright and aggressive. I can not truly compare it to another bass, it is fairly unique in tone.

The onboard electronics allow you to blend the piezo and the magnetic pickup together but it does this with finesse. The control knobs in order are; magnetic pickup Volume, piezo volume, bass/treble stack for the magnetic pickup, and tone control for the piezo. The bass and treble control work as you would expect, but the star of the show is the piezo tone. That knob alone takes it from mild to wild. I actually completely turn off the treble control of the magnetic pickup and utilize the piezo tone for high end content and it sounds amazing. On the back of the bass there are trim pots for each piezo so you can fine tune the output to your liking.

The bass is also completely silent from electrical interference and hum, there’s no noise even in my old house with questionable electrical. Every other bass I own has a bit of noise.

Hope that helps! There are a few good YouTube videos with the bass but be aware that most of them have an insane amount of treble. This is fair because the bass has an insane amount of treble, which is so much easier to cut than add. This bass is definitely its own animal.
