So I just recently bought a used Ergodyne. It was in rough shape so I took it apart to clean it up, and when I put it back together I noticed tons of noise coming from two of the piezo pickups in the bridge.
It seems like there's a short somewhere because there's a ton of noise every time I touch the D and G or anywhere metal connected to those pickups. The other two strings are just fine.
I've examined the circuits and can't really see any spot where it's shorting. Does anyone have any experience in this realm?
