Ibanez SB7 broken?

I scored an Ibanez SB7 from eBay for about 40 bucks and a week later, it stopped working. I play a G&L L-2000 through an ampeg svp-cl and had the pedal placed between the bass and the pre-amp. Anyone know what is wrong with it and how I can fix it? It was working fine when I got it but now it has a very VERY low output volume though I can hear it when I crank up my amp.

ideas? I loved this little thing other than that.

Ha, nope, not that simple. Both with the power adapter and a new battery, this thing doesn't function.

ok, it does sound like a power supply problem to me though because thats exactly what happens when the battery dies on the other tonelok series ibanez pedals i have.

maybe a loose wire or something where the battery or ac adapter is connected?
