Hi Folks, Does anyone know if there is a document/manual that defines the Southampton Ictineo's controls? I discovered the text below on their website, but that's it. BODY and TONE controls for fine-tuning your sound. Plenty of volume, plus a loud BOOST switch. An ULTRABASS switch to crank the low end. 600 Hz boost, 1 khz boot, and 250 hz dip, all switch selectable, for carving out your frequency range. I made the following assumptions: The 600 Hz and 1KHz Boosts apply a volume boost to their respective frequencies. The 250 HZ Dip applies a volume reduction to this frequency. Any switch set to SUB uses the default values. VOL controls volume. Here are my questions: What do the BODY and TONE knobs specifically control? The names are common, but just abstract enough to elicit confusion? What does the FLAT switch control? What frequencies do the ULTRABASS switch amplify/enhance? How does the BOOST switch affect the other controls? I know that I can get a whole mess of awesome sounds from this little box from fiddling around with every knob-switch permutation, but the engineer in me needs more precision! Thanks! ~Nick "Klaus" G.
