Turkish isn't in that scene. It's Tommy that's all like,...what? But you are right it is Snatch (one of my favorites)

Ah yes, the first time they deal with the pikeys Turkish isn't with Tommy and Gorgeous-George. Didn't remember that. But I think that in some part of the movie the camera focuses on Turkish and he says "What?", propably in one of the scenes in which they're dealing with the pikeys.
