Identify This Bass and Color

I feel silly asking because I know it's a Fender, but what exact model? And just as importantly, what color? I really like that color a lot.

looks like it was ajust a jazz that lost all uits finish,either that or it might be shoreline gold,which is a really rare custom color from back in the day.
