Looks like a B300 head that Fender made in the very early 80's-their first rack mountable type head. IIRC it was paired with a 2X15 cabinet loaded with EV speakers, and was quite pricey.
This appears to be a Fender B300 head. The picture is not very good but that's what it looks like from what I can see. The Fender B300 head is quite rare. They only made about 100 of them. They were featured in the 1983 Fender catalog and then never seen again. They produce 300 watts at 4 ohms. They are solid state.They have a parametric EQ and a compressor . Allof this is quite common now but it was rare to find all of this on an amp in 1983.
If you can get a 300W head with that set of features at $160 it's worth checking. But if the info above is correct, you need to use it with cabs totaling 4 ohms if you want to get the 300W out of it. An 8 ohm load would result in power of slightly more than 150W if it follows the normal pattern.
