Can anyone identify this vocal mic used on stage by Thin Lizzy bassist and lead singer Phil Lynott?

I think AI got it right with the Echolette MD20 / MD200 depending on who rebranded it. I don't think RCF made that one. When I was looking for it I went to some vintage RCF mic info, many had some creative rear venting but not quite like that. The red must have been a custom paint job.

Edit....No idea why AI though it was a Beyer M58 they don't even look close!

Because AI’s objective is to give an answer, right or wrong. Moreover, it looks like nowadays the AI answers are longer, giving context and unwanted details… this gives a faulty impression of “true”.
Human still needs to cross-check. Problem is 99% don’t and thus spread the disease
